  • How will we communicate?
    We will be in touch over WhatsApp. You can send me your queries point-wise or as voice messages and I will respond in detail within 1 business day. If you would like to connect with me over a call, additional follow-up charges will be applicable.
  • Is your diet effective in case of pre-existing medical conditions such as PCOD, PCOS, hyper-tension, pre-diabetic, diabetic, insulin resistance, thyroid, absence of gall bladder, fatty liver, acne?
    Yes, I heavily prioritise on restoring balance in your body as part of achieving your health goals.
  • I'm super busy working and barely get time to cook, will I be able to follow your plan?
    Absolutely! It will be easy to follow and I will assist you in over-simplifying recipes and aligning it with your cooking frequency. Following my systematic approach will ensure that you do not neglect your health while kicking-ass at work.
  • Do you provide pre-natal and/or post-partum diet plans?
    Yes, the importance of nutrition is amplified when a woman goes through childbirth. I highly recommend regulating your diet during this key stage of your life.
  • Do you provide couple/family plans?
    Yes
  • Will I get the same food items as shown on your Instagram in my meal plans?
    We will include those on-demand based on your ability to cook/make it available in your region.
  • Why do I provide limited recipes?
    My philosophy is that each individual's palate is accustomed/tuned to an inherent cooking style. So while I will guide you on the key parameters to keep in mind when you cook, you are free to prepare it in flavours you and your family loves. This will allow you to conserve energy/will power for changes that will actually make a difference in your transformation.
  • Do you provide customisations for a highly restrictive diet like vegan, lactose-intolerant, gluten-free etc.?
    Yes, the plan will be designed to meet your dietary constraints.
  • Do you advise on the best nutrition for toddlers, children, young adults or teenagers as well?
    Of-course, I have two girls myself. I have worked with infants as young as 1, 7 and even growing kids of age 12+ based on their health needs.
  • I train heavy and intend to shred/bulk/run a marathon. Can you help me with my diet?
    Yes, my husband and I have been big sports and fitness enthusiasts all our lives. It's impossible to sustain training without the right fuel!
  • What is the expected/advised rate of weight gain/weight loss?
    +-0.5 to 1 Kg per week My role is to support and assist you in reaching your own goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. I cannot predict, and I do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual and are based on many variables, including but not limited to, your individual capacity, life experience, unique health and genetic profile, starting point, and level of commitment. In the light of pre-existing conditions like hormonal imbalances, slow metabolism or insulin resistance, the body can take longer to respond. Eating healthier, feeling full, sleeping well, losing inches, feeling more active, great digestion, reduced BP/diabetes etc. are equally rewarding signs that you are on the right track and your body IS responding.
  • Do you have a team?
    No, I will be personally involved at each and every stage of the program.
  • Do I need to take supplements?
    I will recommend supplementation based on what applies to your individual case. You have the choice to skip them or consult your doctor before taking any.
